Furnace filter size by brand and model

A standard 1 in slot has no brand size: read the size on your filter. A media cabinet takes its maker's filter; Lennox's HCC16-28 takes a 16 x 25 x 5 filter that measures 15-3/4 x 24-3/4 x 4-3/8 in.

Lennox Healthy Climate HCC cabinets

Replacement box filter numbers and sizes as Lennox prints them. Lennox lists each at up to 12 months; its cabinet instructions say a filter “will last up to one year depending on conditions in the home”. Carrier media cabinets

Carrier's 2009 EZ Flex product data lists EXPXXFIL0016, 0020 and 0024 at MERV 10, and EXPXXFIL0316, 0320 and 0324 at MERV 13, for 16 x 25, 20 x 25 and 24 x 25 nominal cabinets. It lists EZ Flex as a direct replacement in Carrier FILCAB and EZXCAB cabinets, the SpaceGard 2200, Honeywell F35, F100F, F150E and F200E, and the Trion Air Bear.

AprilAire air purifiers

The 2210 and 2410 families take 4 in filters (210, 213, 410, 413); the 2200 and 2400 take 6 in filters (201, 401). Each filter's size and fit list: AprilAire filters by model.

Honeywell Home media air cleaners

Resideo sizes its FC100, FC200 and PopUP filters by part number, in 4 and 5 in depths, and lists TRN filters for Trane Perfect Fit cabinets. Each part: Honeywell media air cleaner filters.
